My name is Mary. I am a cancer survivor. When I was diagnosed with brain cancer I was devastated, but had a lot of important decisions to make. I wanted to stay close to

home for my treatments and chose the James E. Cary Cancer Center on the Hannibal Regional medical campus. I was so scared at first, but after six weeks of getting to know the doctors, nurses and staff  there, I didn’t want to say goodbye. The compassion, people and technology at the James E. Cary Cancer Center were just incredible. I am so grateful that Hannibal Regional guided me to better. Now I’m back to doing the things I love!”
